Mad Cobra Critical After being Shot Last NightPosted: 12th May 2010 Ewart Everton Brown better known as Mad Cobra was shot last night in Jamaica, according to reports he was admitted to the Spanish Town Hospital suffering from gun shot wounds. Even though reports say he is alive, he remains in a critical condition. Eyewitnesses confirm that up to nine gun shots were fired at the scene, Mad Cobra was spotted fleeing the scene when a gunman fired the bullet injuring the entertainer. An investigation has begun, and officials have sealed off the whole area and forensics has been called in. They are currently comb searching the area for any evidence. The news has come as a great shock to everyone in the Jamaican Music industry and many fellow artists have turned up at the Spanish Town Hospital to pay a visit. The Spanish Town Mayor Dr. Andrew Wheatley told the media that “he is deeply hurt at the incident and prays that Mad Cobra gets well soon”. He also added, “that the case shall soon see its conclusion as the cops get hold of the gunmen”.
