Eddy Grant to Support UB40 at Echo Arena, Liverpool

61 year old, Eddie Grant will be supporting UB40 for a one off date at the Echo Arena in Liverpool. Grant was born in Guyana but was raised in London. He first found fame in the late 1960s with chart topping group ‘The Equals’

He then went on to pursue a solo career achieving worldwide hits in the 1980s with songs such as Electric Avenue and I Don’t Wanna Dance.

 Eddie Grant left the UK in 1981, taking his children with him to be educated in the Caribbean.  He will now return to the UK to support UB40.
