Levi Roots new single ‘So out of my mind’

Levi’s new single ‘So out of my mind’ is due to be released as a digital download on October 5^th through Sound Box Media. This will be Levi’s first single release from his new Reggae album entitled ‘Red Hot’ which is also due for release on October 19^th 2009.

‘So out of my mind’ is an upbeat commercial reggae track which tells the story of Levi Roots having his heart captured and is blind to the lies this particular person tells. Levi has taken a classic reggae theme and added an upbeat tempo.

In 2007 Levi recorded a track called ‘Red Hot’ for producers Mafia and Fluxy, which featured on their compilation ‘Roots and Volume’. This inspired Levi to get back into the studio and record his own album by the same name.

The album ‘Red Hot’ aims to have more cutting edge roots music, remixes and re-releases.

It would seem as thought Levi finds inspiration from his laid back Jamaican persona, his love of music and food.
