Michael Jackson’s brothers to attend Jamaica’s Reggae SumfestPosted: 17th Jul 2009 The 17th Annual Reggae Sumfest will be starting this Sunday, 19th July and three of Michael Jackson’s brothers are expected to attend this month Reggae Sumfest in Jamaica, which is being dedicated to “the King of Pop”. Sumfest producers say Marlon, Tito and Randy Jackson are confirmed and are due to make an appearance at the weeklong music festivals International night. Jonny Gourzong is quoted saying that “a Jackson family representative contacted the promoter after the company sent a letter of condolence following Michael Jackson’s death”. Sumfest will run July 19 – 25th July in Montego Bay, the last time the brothers and Michael performed in Jamaica was as the Jackson 5 in 1975, they were the opening act for Bob Marley and the Wailers at the outdoor National Stadium. Tito Jackson is also set to perform on the final night of the show, Saturday 25th July. Officials also said that Katherine Jackson and Michael’s three children will be guests of the Jamaican government.
